▷ Blog everyday
I am going to attempt to blog everyday of the month of September! I think this will help me get into a habit of documenting parts of my life. What I document I do not know yet, but hopefully it will give anyone reading an insight into my life, and I hope I can help other people, or influence them and their lives in some way.
▷ Work out five times per week
I've done quite well this summer to be active, but I want to be more active. I want to make it a habit, and part of my routine, so the first step is to set up an exercise programme for the month, with some fitness related goals and see where that takes me- hopefully off my backside for either a run or cycle or even the gym.
▷ Grow my nails
Again this goal is about changing a bad habit into a good habit, so I hope I can grow my nails to a neat and reasonable length, and then maintain them for as long as possible. I seem to go through stages of growing them, and then getting stressed out and disgustingly biting them off... gross I know.
