Do you ever feel like you are just failing at everything?! This month my goal was to exercise four times per work, and erm that just did not happen. To be honest I don't know why. Maybe it's down to feeling unwell for the majority of the last four weeks and for the last week I've been on antibiotics, but what is wrong with me, I do not know. I visited the doctors and even she wasn't 100% sure what was up. I am still not feeling great but just persevering through it. I have four more days of university and my first term of university at Greenwich will be over. I know I can get through it.
Seen as I have five weeks off for Christmas I am really going to try and sort this whole exercise routine sorted. I think my main aim for December is to sort my health out, through eating better and exercising more regularly. I am going to set a few goals for December so I have something to work towards through the Christmas period, and hopefully all this productivity can lead to a very productive and successful 2015.
