Take Action

My aunty recently handed me this book, which came at such a great time. With starting a new university, one thing I was definitely looking for was more confidence and to be honest, it's not something you can just pick up off a shelve in your local shop. Every now and then, I flick through it for a boost of confidence. And today this is what I stumbled upon.

Take Action.

There's been many a times (is that even a phrase?!) in my life when I know I have so much to do, but just put off doing everything. With trying to be more positive and accomplish more things, I have taken to making lists. Every morning I write a list of things I need/have or want to do. It may be really basic things such as cleaning my room or going for a run, whether it's big or small I add it to my list because at the end of the day if I see lots of things crossed out, it shows I have accomplished what I set out to do, and I see it as a start in making changes in my life and being proactive.

So here's my challenge to you, go and write yourself a list of things to do, most important at the top, working your way down to the less important things, and start at the top of your list by taking action and completing these tasks.

  1. Oh my god! I have this book! It's great isn't it! I have suffered from anxiety and low self confidence so my mum got me it then a few years later my uncle got me it too. It's so small that I think having two copies is good in case I lose one. I accept your challenge! It's brilliant and I will be proactive!! X
