Motivational Monday #2

Recently I have been feeling pretty crap with my health and fitness, uni work and just generally life. I don't know whether it's because of the weather- grey, cloudy cold days or what but it's really starting to bug me. I feel like I'm coming down with a cold maybe, you know those early symptoms of a sore throat, occasional sore glands and a blocked nose. But it's just not developing into an actual cold, so I'm feeling crap for no reason. I getting really frustrated with myself with regards to my health and fitness. I have gained (to me) an awful lot of weight over the last two years, through eating way too much crappy food and alcohol, and also a lack of regular exercise. I am also lacking motivation to study and crack on with university assignments. I cannot sit and focus for any amount of time, meaning I'm not getting through my list of uni work. 

Earlier I read a quote....

"Decide what it is you want. Write that shit down. Making a fucking plan. And... Work on it. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY."

I am going to use this as motivation and lets see if it helps achieve something, whether it's only one thing, well that's better than nothing.
