This week I'm setting myself three wishes/goals. I have quite a busy week, so I thought by only setting a few wishes means there is probably more chance of me achieving these wishes. So here goes...
- Exercise everyday- Now some may say it's bad to exercise everyday as your body needs time to recover, which I totally agree with, however when I say exercise, I don't just mean running or cycling or paying a trip to the gym everyday for the week. I mean to include some stretching or swimming, or yoga. So this week I hope to exercise as much as my body can take in order to get me fitter as I'm going skiing in two weeks!
- Study more- With a weekend visit home, a ski trip and the Easter holidays fast approaching I really need to up my game with regards to studying. I'm hoping to get one essay complete before my ski trip, as well as the research proposal for my dissertation done. This means I can go away and enjoy myself with a little less university work stress on my mind.
- Be happy!- This is something I've been working on a lot lately, and so far it's going really well. I just need to maintain it, as over the past few days I've been down due to certain things that I now realise trigger some unhappiness in my life. So goodbye to those certain things and people, I'm not going to let you get me anymore.
Let's hope I can achieve these three wishes this week and have a good week in many ways.
